Q) I have hit a problem with cheese, I can’t stop eating it. My craving for chocolate is long gone, but has now been replaced by cheese. What do you suggest I do? Thanks in advance.
Q) I am puzzled why I have sugar cravings straight after eating a meal. I just ate a carbohydrate meal consisting of brown rice and spinach, so I should not feel anything. Is this normal? Or is this connected to Candida, Food Intolerance and low blood sugar?
