Q) I am finding it difficult to get Natural Live Yoghurt and also whole-wheat bread? Should I be going to a health food shop?
Q) Is whole-wheat cous-cous the same as the stuff I normally buy in supermarkets?
Q) Are sliced cold meats from the deli in the supermarket OK?
Q) I’m finding it difficult to get bacon – all the bacon in supermarkets has preservatives – any tips?
Q) I have found a preserve (Jam) that does not contain any sugar or artificial ingredients, but it does contain grape extract to sweeten it. As fruit juices are a 'no no' can I have this?
Q) I am just struggling with a couple of things. I have tried to find sugar-free preserve (Jam), but have only come across those containing saccharin, which is not a natural substance, is this ok?
Q) Is it OK to eat branded sugar-free muesli in Phase 2?
