To get you started, here are some downloads that I hope you'll find really useful with your health and weight-loss goals. These are the ones referred to in the book "Stop Counting Calories & Start Losing Weight: The Harcombe Diet." The page numbers for each reference in the book are shown below to help you locate them:
P28 mentions the BMI Calculator - this is available here; (opens in a new window)P61-65 mentions the Candida Questionnaires - these are here and can also be found under "Conditions" on the main menu of the home page;
P129 has the handy Carb vs Fat meal table; Fats and Carbs download
P151 has Phase 2 for planners (veggies and carnivores); Ph2 for Planners
P170 has the overall summary of The Harcombe Diet; The Harcombe Diet Summary Sheet
P346-349 has the Vitamin & Mineral tables. These will be particularly useful to print off if you plan to go to a health store to get a supplement; Vitamins & Minerals download.
